Global Knowledge has delivered authorised Microsoft Training solutions since 1992. Global Knowledge is also Microsoft’s largest CPLS in EMEA, with over 200 trainers delivering 500,000 delegate days of training per year in 13 European countries.

The 2006 appointment of Thomas Lee as our Chief Architect secured Global Knowledge’s position as industry an leader in the provision of Microsoft learning solutions. Thomas is a renowned Microsoft guru who was recently named on Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional list for 2007 in recognition of technical leadership in the IT skills development community.

Over the past two years Global Knowledge has collaborated with Microsoft to deliver partner training and customer readiness on technologies including Microsoft Offices Systems, BiztTalk 2004, Sharepoint 2003 and on Microsoft Security. This work has strengthened our working relationship with Microsoft and resulted in our being appointed as the lead Microsoft Exchange partner for 2005.
