Global Knowledge's Competency
Model
Global Knowledge uses the
SFIA Skills Framework and adds the company
specific technical skills that map onto both the SFIA generic model
and the job roles within the organisation. In this way the
model can be used to fully identify and develop staff and
organisational capability. This approach enables the organisation
to assess to Level 3 of the Donald L. Kirkpatrick learning
model.
Global Knowledge's ability is not limited to
SFIA or any other framework, so our consultants can help
with your organisational profiling any industry model or a bespoke
derivative.
