Scoping and Implementation Service
To ensure the success of a Managed Training Service or large
Learning Programme it is critical that the project is scoped out
correctly. The integration of these services into an
organisation need to be seamless whilst at the same time bring
added value to the business.
Our experienced Project Managers and Business Systems Analysts
use a structured methodology to scope out and implement the
project. Working with our customers they define the scope of
the solution and agree the overall working processes. Our
Technology Integration Service reviews any existing training and
administration systems that are in place and integrates into any
new processes and systems
Once all areas are defined a Service Level Agreement is
implemented to monitor the day to day working practises and the
quality our performance.
Whilst getting the back office processes right is critical we
never forget that the reason for implementing these services is to
ensure that our customers receive learning that meets their
business objectives and so our Learning Consultants develop
learning programmes that reflects the organisations strategic
direction, fits in with the culture, uses preferred delivery
methods and identifies any skills gaps.
