and the required delivery methods is a massive task. One
learning organisation cannot deliver all the learning that is

we have our Connect Programme.
Connect is an established network of best of breed learning
organisations that allow us to enhance our own portfolio and
provide a comprehensive range of high quality options. Giving
our customers the ability to work seamlessly with one organisation
– Global Knowledge, to identify, source and organise all of their
learning.
About Our Partners
All of our partners are carefully selected using
our Vendor Selection Process. This takes into consideration the
breadth of the portfolio, accreditations, geographic locations,
quality and pricing of the partner.
Global Knowledge has a dedicated Vendor Manager who is
responsible for all contract negotiation, day to day management,
quality and acts as the main escalation point between our
Customers, Account Managers and the Partner.
Levels of Partners
Global Knowledge have three levels of partners. The criteria for
these partners are Strategic, Prefered and Associate.
