Programme Design and Content Development
The learning needs and styles of an individual vary and so it is
not always appropriate for a learner to attend a standard ILT
course. Our Learning Consultants are able to factor in
these demands into a learning programme. By conducting a TNA
and Skills Gap Analysis we are not only able to assess the level of
knowledge that the learner already has, but measure that level of
knowledge against the skills required to do their job.
Our Instructional Designers then develop content that
addresses all of the skills gaps, using either newly created
content, generic content or a combination of the two.
The diversity of the learning population and preferred styles of
learning are combined with the skills required. The content of the
programme is then created using a combination of delivery methods.
These include traditional classroom training, workshops,
floor-walking, e-learning and virtual classrooms.
