Overview Cisco Unified Presence Presales and Design (CUPPD) v7.0 is a 1-Day course that prepares you for designing Cisco Unified Presence 7.0. It also includes integration options with other Cisco Unified Communication products as well as third-party presence solutions, including Microsoft Live Communication Server, Microsoft Office Communications Server and IBM Lotus Sametime.
Finally it presents the new plug-in to connect the Microsoft Office Communicator directly with a Cisco Unified Communications solution. This course does not include hands on labs and there is no follow up course related to Cisco Unified Presence technology.
