  • CIPT – Cisco IP Telephony
  • CWENT – Implementing CiscoWorks for Enterprise LAN/WAN Management
  • Network management concepts (SNMP, MIBs and so on) and TCP/IP networking
  • Basic Cisco Unified Communications architecture and Cisco Unified CallManager and Cisco Unity configuration principles
